Often a person is indifferent to the posture that tends to obesity. They are still reluctant to change their habits, until later diagnosed by a condition that requires them to go on a diet.

This is experienced by Eriyani Marsih (22). He initially did not feel the need to regulate his diet though excessive weight. He then decided to go on a diet after being diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome by physicians.

Right in October 2013, my weight reached 72 kg. Honestly at that time I have absolutely no intention to diet, until finally I was sick and my relationship with my boyfriend is getting stretched. Maybe he's ashamed of his fat girlfriend.

When the doctor said I was exposed to irritable bowel syndrome and my kidneys are not functioning properly. This condition makes urination becomes painful. I remember the doctor saying that there is no other way, if I want healthy then I should lose my weight.

A few days later I broke up with my girlfriend. End of the year the rather annoying for me, already sick, broke up anyway. I immediately tried to find articles about healthy diet and try to apply it slowly into my life. Honestly, I am not the type of person who likes sports and I love to eat, so I tried to adjust my daily diet.

Weight Loss Diet for IBS

I often eat vegetables, fruits, and drink at least 2.5 liters of water per day. For carbs intake, I replaced it with a Japanese sweet potato. I try to eat regularly every day, so my metabolism maintained. I also regularly drink fat-free milk before bed, I read a very good calcium intake when we're on a diet.

Exercise for Weight Loss for IBS

Slowly I began sports such as jumping rope, swimming, badminton, and tennis (a sport that I love tolerable). Do not forget the muscle though. Fat loss and getting in shape is the best!

Until today, I still do my diet, because the doctor said I still have to generate 5 kg again. The most important is when to do something, do it because we love it and make ourselves happy.
