After July 2013 I was shocked when my weight increased and reached 80 kg. I did not want to continue to be like that, I began to turn the brain to decrease. I then had tried OCD diet, but failed. I did not give up and try to follow some fitness and diet account on Twitter.

Exercises for Weight Loss

Diet Recipes

For diet, I try to reduce the consumption of rice. I am getting used to replace rice with boiled potatoes. The difficulty is when going to eat outdoors with friends, I have to resist the taste and just ordered a vegetable. As for drinks, I consume at least 2 liters of water every day.

From the beginning of January my weight gradually diminished until now to 55 kg. My friends were surprised by my change . Now, I still do these habits because i want to lose weight 7 kg more.
