I ever did diet before, and most lose weight at the rate 77 kg. But then back up again because I eat as before.

My experience was began from my health problems that I experienced. Then the doctor advised me to eat a healthy diet, so the cure is a healthy food, and the body will heal itself without drugs, or who is often referred to as self healing.

So since it for 2 months I am just eating a healthy diet. My food, three times a day, must be healthy and balanced, so all must be there, from the intake of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Nothing is reduced at each meal, whether breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The kind of food i avoid are rice, flour, tubers, sugar, fried foods and red meat. So to substitute for rice I eat a good source of carbohydrates ie raw lettuce as fresh vegetables. For protein I eat fish, seafood, chicken, tempe, tofu, and egg white. As for the fat I eat fruit like avocado.

Examples of my menu is 200 grams of fresh vegetables lettuce, chicken curry, 1 piece of cucumber, 1 piece of tomato, and avocado. The menu should be there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for the drink I consume water or coconut water.

With a healthy diet that I fed, healthy and bonus my weight dropped 12 kg. This diet will I keep to obtain maximum health and ideal body weight.
