Initially only because it was removed from the core of futsal team, Ruli Cris Coal was inspired to lose weight. Within just six months, he successfully lose weight as much as 20kg.

His height 168 cm and he is initially very thin. Ever so curious how it feels to be fat, then realized, although finally excessive. His weight at 90 kg makes him removed from the core of futsal team and could only sit on the bench.

Initially in 2008 when I graduated high school, I was a very thin and only 165 cm tall weighing 49 kg. I want to continue my education to soldier academy, and finally I decided to join gym in order to increase the height.

But apparently my body is stuck and keep it short and skinny, I finally chose to work. In October 2008, I worked in a restaurant. After 4 years of working in a restaurant, my weight increased rapidly turns and touched 90kg. I often teased because of my fat body, but I was never angry. In fact, I love to have a body fat, because from childhood I've never felt thin and has a stocky body.

But by the end of 2013 after my futsal competition where I just came as a substitute for my stocky body, and I ran slow, I decided to go back to my ideal weight. And finally I started a diet and lots of cardio, also high intensity workout 5 times a week.

I go to work every morning at 5 am to the Office by walk from my house as far as 8 miles I traveled within 2 hours so well when I go home and I always found time for workout.

When dieting, I was not too tight. Usually I eat 3 times a day in large portions, but when diet i eat large portions only during the day, breakfast is just a bowl of green beans, and at night just eating half a kilo of white eggs in a blender with 1 scoop of whey protein.

After 6 months of this program, I successfully lose my weight as much as 20kg.
