I change the diet primarily is to stay away from fatty or fried foods. I replaced it with boiled or baked dishes. In addition, I am also trying to minimize salt consumption. Do not forget to emphasis on eating fruits, vegetables and drink water.

Simple, but Alhamdulillah, totally consistent with implementing a healthy diet and regular exercise, I now can have a weight of 69 kg.
