How to lose weight
1. The First is food, i reduce my intake of carbohydrates (Low Carb Diet). I replaced it with the increase consumption of fiber-rich vegetables.
2. After that I also regularly Exercise Running almost every day.
3. This habit makes my resting patterns become more regular.
In the early months is a bit difficult, just drop a few kilograms and there is a sense of saturation. But over time it is used, perhaps due to the strong will and determination.
Thank God, after 8 months my weight could go down 37 kg. Until now I'm used to my lifestyle and getting excited in performing daily activities.
